Built for This Coastline, Not a Franchise Territory Map

Ole Hanson broke ground on San Clemente in 1925 with a vision of a “Spanish Village by the Sea,” and the same red-tile roofs and white stucco that defined it then still define Talega, the Pier Bowl, and everywhere between today. We didn’t expand into this city as one more stop on a South Orange County route — window cleaning here is the entire business, and everything about how we work is built around this specific coastline.

That focus shows up in details a passing crew wouldn’t think twice about: knowing which HOAs step up appearance enforcement by season, understanding that a bluff-top or direct ocean-facing home needs a noticeably shorter interval between cleanings than one set back from the water, and factoring in that a single fall Santa Ana event can undo a clean overnight. A franchise territory map doesn’t account for any of that — we do, because it’s the only market we work in.

Who You’ll Actually Talk To

No call center, no dispatcher reading from a script — a real person who knows San Clemente answers the phone.

12 Years Cleaning Windows in San Clemente

Mike grew up within walking distance of the Pier and spent most of his teenage mornings surfing at T-Street before school. Years of construction cleanup work up and down the coast came next, and that’s where he saw firsthand how badly most window cleaning crews were equipped for what this coastline actually does to glass. He started this company to do it properly — the right water treatment and the right poles, instead of a garden hose and a squeegee.

He still quotes and walks through jobs himself. If a window isn’t right, you’ll hear about it from the person who actually cleaned it — not a call center.
