High & Hard-to-Reach
High & Hard-to-Reach Window Cleaning in San Clemente
Two-story entryways, ocean-view walls of glass, hillside lots and clerestory windows. We reach them with water-fed carbon fiber poles from the ground — no ladders leaning on your stucco.
Tall Glass Is Common in San Clemente Homes
Homes built to capture ocean views tend to have exactly the windows that are hardest to clean: two-story foyers, floor-to-ceiling living room glass, transom and clerestory windows, and upper-story panes above slopes, pools or landscaping. Communities like Talega, Forster Ranch and Sea Pointe Estates are full of them.

How We Reach High Windows
- Water-fed carbon fiber poles that extend to multiple stories, operated from the ground
- Pure deionized water fed through the brush head, so glass dries spot-free without a squeegee
- No ladders on uneven ground — safer on hillside lots, patios and around pools
- Soft-bristle brush heads that clean frames and glass without scratching
- Interior high windows reached with extension poles and careful drop-cloth protection
Why Water-Fed Poles Beat Ladders for Tall Glass
Ladders on hillside lots and tile patios are a real safety risk, and they can mark stucco and damage landscaping. A water-fed pole system keeps the cleaner on the ground and lets us reach glass that would otherwise need scaffolding. Because the water is deionized, it leaves nothing behind as it dries. Frequently Asked Questions
How high can you reach from the ground?
Our water-fed poles reach typical two- and three-story residential windows from the ground. For anything taller, we assess access before quoting.
Do you use ladders at all?
Only where a pole cannot reach safely, such as some interior high windows. Exterior tall glass is cleaned from the ground whenever possible.
Does deionized water really dry without spots?
Yes. Deionized water has the dissolved minerals removed, so there is nothing left on the glass when it dries.
Can you clean high windows on a steep hillside lot?
Usually, yes. Keeping the cleaner on stable ground is exactly why we use pole systems on sloped properties.
