How We Clean Your Windows
Booking is the easy part — this is the actual methodology on-site, and it’s why the result holds up longer than a standard clean.

Exterior First, Top to Bottom
Every visit starts at the top of the building and works down, exterior first. That order matters: any drip or debris from an upper window falls past glass we haven’t reached yet, instead of landing on a pane we just finished. At each level we wipe the frame and channel along with the glass itself, since grit sitting in a track is exactly what runs back onto “clean” glass the next time it rains.

Screens Assessed Before They’re Touched
Before touching a screen we check three things: whether the mesh is torn, whether the frame is still square, and whether corrosion has started at the corners. That assessment decides the method, not habit. Light coastal dust comes off with a dry brush; salt that’s already bonded to the mesh needs a wet clean instead. Running water over a screen that only needed dry cleaning actually makes it worse, so we don’t default to one method for everything.

Interior Glass, Shoe Covers On
Shoe covers come out before anyone steps inside — no exceptions. Interior glass gets a spray bottle rather than a bucket sitting near your flooring, and every corner is finished by hand with a lint-free cloth. A squeegee alone will always leave a bit of residue in the corners; the hand-detailing step is what actually gets the pane fully clear.

Walk-Through Before You Pay
The job isn’t finished until we’ve gone window to window with you standing right there — not a wave from across the yard. If a pane isn’t right, it gets corrected on the spot, before payment and before we call it done.
How It Works

Call or Request a Quote. Give us your address, how many stories the property is, and whether you’re after exterior-only or a full interior-and-exterior visit.

Get a Clear Price. We price it on the spot from window count, access, and the condition of the glass — not a callback later in the week.

We Clean, Top to Bottom. On site, exterior work begins at the highest point and moves downward, level by level, so nothing above re-dirties a section we’ve already finished.

Screens Assessed, Not Assumed. Each screen gets looked at rather than assumed clean or dirty: dry brush where it’s just dust, a wet clean where salt has bonded in, and an honest recommendation to replace where the mesh is beyond saving.

Walk-Through Before You Pay. Before anything is final, we go through the results together and correct anything that isn’t right.
